I've reached a point in my life that I've managed to meet the trifecta required to go out and try my own hand at a Startup.
First off a little about the reason behind starting this blog. I'm blogging about this adventure for a few reasons.
- I'd like to track some of the choices and decisions I make along the way - with a public record I'll be able to look back later and see which ideas were good ones, and which turned out to be flops.
- By opening up some of this process to the community at large, I'll be able to receive candid feedback from the community, both before and after committing to a particular approach.
- I'd like to leave behind a "step-by-step" approach (right or wrong) for others to try should they wish to follow in my footsteps and improve upon them.
- On a purely selfish note I hope to start building up a "critical mass" audience before I launch my Startup - and I'm sure that if my idea is half as interesting as I find it, others will be interested too.
So with that said let the adventure begin!
